Production Time:
Each item is custom-made for you. Depending on the size of the order, It typically takes 5-10 business days to print and fulfill your order.
Domestic (USA): 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the Fulfillment facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Made: Because we print every item specifically for you (custom designs), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or "change of mind."
Sizing: Please check the Size Guide on this page carefully before ordering to ensure a perfect fit!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
What to do: Contact us at support@blazingheattransfers.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Missing Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it's still missing, let us know within 24 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
