Shipping Policy

At Blazing Heat Transfers, every piece is printed specifically for you. We don’t keep dusty shelves of pre-made stock; we create your gear the moment you hit "order." Here’s how we get our products from our machines to your doorstep.

​1. Fulfillment Time

Before your order ships, it has to be made.

  • Standard Fulfillment: It takes 3–5 business days to create your custom products.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
     

*Note: Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping.

2. Shipping Speeds & Rates

Once fulfilled, your order is handed off to a carrier (like USPS, FedEx, or DHL). Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Destination Estimated Shipping Time

USA 5-10 business days. We currently only ship to the U.S.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.

3. Tracking Your Heat

As soon as your order leaves the facility, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive it.​
 

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address!

  • Incorrect Addresses: If a carrier returns a package to us because of an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
     

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We want your gear to arrive in blazing-perfect condition.

  • Damaged/Defective: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product with a photo of the damage and your order number.
     

  • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
